In Spanish, "Calo" has several meanings-"gypsy," "heat" and "style of communication"-all of which describe the essence of Calo Flamenco. Ballet de Martin Gaxiola is one of the largest professional flamenco repertory dance companies in the United States. 12 dancers and musicians working together under the artistic direction of Mr. Gaxiola create a unique and electrifying flamenco presentation.

It's been almost a decade since the Amstel Quartet sounded its first notes. Since then, the four young and enthusiastic saxophonists who make up the ensemble have built an international reputation in the world of chamber music and beyond. The Nutcracker is the #1 event of the holiday season! The magical trip continues as Clara’s home turns into the Mouse Kingdom and the enchanting Land of Sweets where she meets all your favorite Nutcracker characters.

PCP is a unique band of cellists that number from 8 to 16 at any given time. These classically trained musicians experiment with mainstream music in all its varied forms. In the course of their epic live show, you might see symphony fans nodding their heads to orchestral hip hop, children playing air cello, a local jam band accompanying the group in a late 19th century Russian composition and of course, cellos, cellos, cellos.

Acoustic Africa features Malian superstar, Habib Koit, Zimbabwean best-selling recording artist, Oliver Mtukudzi, and guitarist/composer, Afel Bocoum, whose songs evoke the evolution of traditional Malian society. This avant-garde, unorthodox show is part comedy, part performance art and part wacky science experiment, accompanied by a percussion driven soundtrack. The performers never utter a word, but instead use their eyes, facial expressions and subtle gestures to evoke responses from the audience. Although really it is almost impossible to describe, people of all ages agree that Blue Man Group's show is an intensely exciting and wildly outrageous experience that leaves the entire audience in a blissful, euphoric state.
