Music Without Borders

April 23rd

Honoring Alaska's Year of History and Heritage

Come join us for an inspiring musical journey honoring “The Alaska Year of History and Heritage” proclaimed by Governor Walker in commemoration of Alaska’s Sesquicentennial in 2017!

Presented by the Russian American Colony Singers, “Music Without Borders” celebrates the multi-cultural nature of Alaska through the ‘universal language’ of music. This unique program incorporates Russian folk songs, Alaska Indigenous storytelling and special appearances by world renowned Russian trio “Moscow Nights”. It promises to touch each heart as we focus on values so vital to Alaska: respect for the diversity of its people, deep appreciation for their interwoven histories, and a shared love of this “Great Land”. Special Invitation! We invite you to proudly wear a piece of ethnic or cultural attire special to you as we extend our staged presentation of past heritage into the present multi-cultural heritage of present day Alaska.

Come join us for an unforgettable experience!

Music Without Borders is presented by Russian American Colony Singers.
